Streaming Advice
My knowledge on computers in general at the moment isn't the best but I'm working on it. I spend a lot of the time both travelling out of pleasure and also for work.

I have a quick question in regards to how to get the best possible stream. I have owned an IPad Air for the past 6 months or so and was so impressed that I have taken the plunge and bought a MacBook Air 13".

For the first time in a long while I am having genuine trouble finding solid streams through wiziwig. I understand that it is free & unreliable etc etc but my main question is, firstly why are my streams suddenly jumpy? I am staying in a Novotel at the moment, the internet seems fast enough? Though Youtube is definitely slower than I'm used to in other hotels. However Skype works perfectly for my business calls.

Is it worth me installing something so that I the flash streams? Last weeks was ok but only from about minute 38 onwards. I am trying to stream the Burnley v Man Utd game but again it is jumpy via flash. I assumed that spending the money on an apple macbook would all but guarantee me perfect stream access (hence me finally agreeing to the missus constant argument pro-purchase).

I am feeling a bit miffed, I have only owned the macbook for a week (bought just in time for last Saturday obviously!). But am getting frustrated that I have had much more reliable streams on my iPad.

Now i have no problem using my IPad but obviously the superior screen size & sound quality available would make it foolish to ignore the macbook.

Can anyone offer any advice? Is it just that the Novotels internet is shit? Are streams gradually being brought down? Or am I doing something wrong.

If someone can offer any sort of valuable advice within the next hour and half I would be most grateful.

Cheers

If you really must stick to the flash based website streams then try clearing your internet cache
